Description |
This article is a part of a bustled dress ensemble and would have been worn over a floor length skirt, creating an apron look. The bustle is comprised of a light green changable silk with an applied dark green silk cord scalloped trim and dark green silk soutache along the hem. At the back, there is a teardrop shaped self-fabric panel attached and trimmed with the same green silk cord. The back is also gathered on the sides creating a centered voluminous ruching of fabric. The inset waistband is lined in a beige gauze but the seams and closure are lined in glazed green cotton. |
